Chidren's disability in Albania

This study reviews the prevalence of disability in children and young people aged 2 to 17 through interviews with 13,000 families across Albania and assessed their opportunities for development and access to quality services.

It is the first study of its kind in Albania and it was made possible from World Vision Albania and Save the Children in Albania.

Among many important data regarding the numbers of disability it bring out the challenges that they face with regard to discrimination an poverty, lack of accses in services and problemes with frequenting education insitutions.
