Child-friendly Justice (Video)

In the period between January and April 2016, the National Center for Child Abuse Prevention of Moldova (NCCAP) produced a series of video clips on the subject of child-friendly justice. The videos are designed for the specialists who interact with children victims/witnesses of crimes, helping them to understand how the first contact the child victim/witness of crimes with the justice system should be accomplished, the promptitude, the conditions and the preparing of the child victim/witness of crimes for the hearing and how are the judges assesing the implementation of the Article 110/1 of the CCP of the Republic of Moldova.
