This 20-minute online course provides an introduction to a key monitoring and evaluation (M&E) tool called the logic model, along with an overview of common M&E terminology and different types of evaluations.

This course was designed for Refugee service provider staff interested in learning more about the fundamentals of monitoring and evaluation with the goal of improving their monitoring and evaluation (M&E) practices. The course is also a good introduction to monitoring and evaluation for people new to humanitarian relief and development or to learn what monitoring and evaluation is in order to understand how it impacts the organization and their role.
