مرحباً بكم في الحلقات التدريبية الإلكترونية لمبادرة أنت تبدع. ستأخذك هذه السلسلة من الحلقات عبر مقدمة أساسية لبحث العمل التشاركي والمبتكر القائم على الفنون التي يقودها الشباب من أجل الرفاه والتغيير الاجتماعي.
أنت تبدع هي مبادرة لهيئة تير دي زوم تم تصميمها وتنفيذها بالشراكة مع المعهد الدولي لحقوق الطفل والتنمية. أنت تبدع هو مشروع بحث عمل تشاركي لتدريب الشباب القادة مع دعم الحلفاء الكبار لقيادة زملائهم لتنفيذ مشاريع بحثية تشاركية قائمة على الفنون. صممت الأنشطة المرتكزة على الفن للتعامل مع المشكلات المؤثرة على الشباب داخل مجتمعهم. يتم تدريب الشباب على وضع خريطة واستكشاف مشكلات المجتمع والتحديات الموجودة، ومن خلال التعاون معاً يتم اختيار التحديات التي سيعملون على تصميم وتنفيذ العمل الفني لتناولها.
يؤثر مشروع أنت تبدع بالإيجاب على الشباب من خلال أهدافه: تعزيز الرفاه، دعم المرونة والقيادة بين الشباب المشارك في فعاليات المشروع.
. حيث ينمو شعور الشباب بالهدف والأمل؛ يختبر الشباب اكتشاف الذات ويجدون طرقًا جديدة للتعبير عن أنفسهم؛ يكتسب الشباب الاحترام الاجتماعي ويتعلمون العيش معًا وأن يبنوا مجتمعات شاملة؛ كما يطورون المهارات الفنية والحياتية. يعمل المشروع على كسر الحواجز بين الشباب وأسرهم ومجتمعاتهم الذين يجتمعون بهدف مشترك يتمثل في تعزيز الرفاه من خلال الفنون.
ستزود الحلقات الستة للدورة التدريبية الإلكترونية الشباب بالمقدمة الأساسية لخطوات بحث العمل التشاركي الخاصة بمشروع أنت تبدع. تتكون خطوات بحث العمل التشاركي من خمس مراحل دورية:
أ. رسم الخريطة: يستخدم الشباب القادة وحلفائهم الكبار أنشطة قائمة على الفنون لرسم خط أساس أولي لمشروعهم، لتحديد أدوارهم وابتكار رؤية.
ب. الاستكشاف: يقوم الشباب القادة بالتعاون مع زملائهم عبر سلسلة من الأنشطة القائمة على الفنون باستكشاف رفاههم ومشاركاتهم في المجتمع.
ت. التخطيط: يُرشد القادة الشباب زملائهم للتأكد من مخرجات الخطوات السابقة. سيقومون باختيار تحدي معين للعمل عليه، تحليل الأسباب الجذرية له، وتطوير مشروع قائم على الفنون لتناول هذا التحدي.
ث. العمل الفني: الشباب ينفذون، يراقبون ويقيمون مشروعهم القائم على الفنون مع دعم القادة الشباب والحلفاء الكبار.
ج. التأمل والمشاركة: يرشد الشباب القادة للتأمل في أي تغييرات حدثت كنتيجة مباشرة لمشروعهم.

لاستكمال الدورة التدريبية يجب على المشارك أن يقوم ب:
- مشاهدة الستة حلقات التدريبية
- استكمال أنشطة التأمل الخاصة بكل حلقة تدريبية
- قراءة المستندات التالية:
- حقيبة الفنون
- دليل إدارة المشروع
- التقرير التوثيقي لمشروع "أنت تبدع"
بمجرد إتمام الدورة التدريبية سيتسلم كل مشارك شهادة من تير دي زوم والمعهد الدولي لحقوق الطفل والتنمية تثبت إتمام الدورة لمشروع "أنت تبدع" ومنهجية بحث العمل التشاركي القائم على الفنون التي يقودها الشباب من أجل الرفاه والتغيير الاجتماعي.
