Do we know our child, their specifics, opportunities, needs and inner world? This issue will be discussed at the international forum "Get to Know your Unique Child". The event will take place online, April 1–30. This month-long journey will allow participants to explore the uniqueness of their child in various aspects and meanings.
Participants will look for answers to the following questions:
- How to connect with a child in a way that meets both our and their needs?
- Can we see the wealth of skills, personal strengths, worldview, and character that our school-age child shows?
- What suppresses and what supports the manifestation of a child's uniqueness?
- How can we hear what remains unsaid and misunderstood between us?
- Can we discuss these issues without feeling guilt or excessive demands, but with understanding, acceptance and support?
The organizers have invited Bulgarian and foreign specialists and parents to share their experiences and practices in interviews and meetings.
