The Terre des hommes Foundation is offering an 8-day training course to learn the Problem management Plus methodology developed by WHO. PM+ is a low-intensity, brief psychological intervention that can be delivered by lay volunteer helpers. During PM+, clients learn strategies to help them manage practical problems, improve their mood by activating behaviours, reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, and strengthen their social support network. The PM+ method has been shown to be a useful tool for a range of emotional difficulties, improving aspects of mental health and psychosocial wellbeing. The training can be taken by anyone, no psychological training is required. At the end of the training, everyone receives a diploma which is internationally recognised and recognised.

You can find the detailed Ukrainian and Hungarian description in the attachment! The deadline for applications is 18 April!
