The Internet Watch Foundation warns that more child sexual abuse imagery are being discovered on the internet than ever before, and that the manipulation of under 10-year-old children has taken on "shocking" proportions. The Foundation calls Meta's decision to not monitor messenger service "utterly incomprehensible".
