The Roma Education Fund’s Scholarship Program (REF SP) announces the opening of its yearly scholarship cycle of Roma Memorial University Scholarship (RMUSP), for the 2018 -2019 academic year.

RMUSP is a merit-based academic scholarship for Roma students who are citizens or permanent residents of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Turkey.
