We invite you to "UPSHIFT behind the scenes" to share with you what we have learned about working with young people through this program for the development of entrepreneurial skills and to exchange knowledge!
UPSHIFT program for adolescents and young people includes:
• practical knowledge to understand and address community challenges
• mentoring and financial support for the implementation of selected ideas
• networking, acquiring skills, developing entrepreneurial and team spirit.
We invite all youth workers, mentors and organizers of youth projects, representatives of youth offices, youth homes, experts and teams working with adolescents and young people to join us in online training for trainers in 3 units:
- 22.12. from 4pm to 6pm
- 24.12. from 9.30 am to 12 noon and
- at the coaching sessions that will follow, about which the participants will be informed later.
Youth programs such as UPSHIFT contribute to building social solidarity and intergenerational understanding and strengthen the role of young people in society. Exchanges of experience and training for trainers, mentors, youth workers and representatives of organizations are important for the development of themselves and the young people they work with, strengthen networking and encourage greater sustainability of such programs.
