The LILIUM Center, named after a flower, is the first crisis management center for sexual violence cases in Albania that provides integrated services to victims of sexual violence. All health care services, forensic examination, evidence gathering through criminal justice, and psychosocial services are provided at the same time, at the same place, and by professionals dealing with cases of sexual violence. The minimum set of quality standards has been also published in the Oficial Gazzete, based on which all pubblic or private agencies have to operate in the future.
