This training module was developed in the framework of the project ‘Civil society in Action for the Protection of the Child Rights in Albania’ financed by European Union and implemented by Save the Children in partnership with Terre des hommes Foundation Mission in Albania.

It is organised in four major sections respectively: Organisational Development and Financial Management, Planning and Management of Projects, Protection of the Children’s Rights and Advocacy and Lobbying.
