Topics to be covered:

1. how to provide psychological first aid to families, parents and children?

2. how to identify a child or family who have experienced trauma?

3. what tools can we use to decrease the effects of traume?

Trainers will be Zorica Trikic and Aljosa Rudas, ISSA trainers.
