Eurochild 2023 report on children in need across Europe

The purpose of this document are manyfold:

1. Assess the situation of children's rights in countries and provide recommendations to address gaps

2. Build knowledge of the experiences of children, families and communities living in poverty and social exclusion

3. Assess whether the Child Guarantee National Action Plans align with the countries' needs

4. Assess the extent to which the European Semester 2023 Country Report and Recommendations are aligned to the lived experiences of children

5. Provide an overview of the Countries in Accession's priorities regarding the most pressing issues for children

The report is based on the inputs of 38 Eurochild members in 26 countries.
