Hello, I am a university teacher at the Social Work and Social Policy Department (Tirana). I am in the process of improving/updating the content of one of the subjects I teach, 'Social Work Practice with Individuals'. This subject is taught at the third (last) Bachelor year, therefore is a 'specialty' subject. Within it it is obligatory to present major theories of counselling/psychotherapy (psychoanalytical, rogerian, CBT, etc, etc), focussing on theory and techniques. Anyway, I am interested to learn more from regional experience of practitioners about their theory needs in this area, in order to know better what to put more emphasis on, while teaching this subject. Every information will be very much appreciated.
