August 13-15,  2016, the international seminar "A dignified life here and there" will take place in Chisinau and Budesti, Moldova. "A dignified life here and there" is organized at the initiative of a consortium of Moldovan diaspora associations from Belgium (AMB "NOROC" asbl), Italy ("Haiducii" Association), Spain ("Ilustrados" Association ) and Moldova (LIED), and is one of the winning projects of the grants programme Diaspora Engagement Hub of the Diaspora Relations Office of the State Chancellery of the Republic of Moldova.

During the 3 days of the seminar there will be held workshops involving Moldovan young people that live in different countries (Italy, Belgium, Spain, Moldova) and their parents. We will look through the experiences of children left behind at the problems they face, aiming at identifying the needs of children, as a result of their parents' migration.

Terre des hommes Moldova will participate at the event with the workshop "Together at distance" - the effective children-parents communication in the context of migration, where the short animated film "In Exile" will be screened.

The event programme is available here.
