SOS Hotline for Women and Child Victims of Violence, Nikšić, organised the second two-day national training in Montenegro, on 24–25 September 2020, in the framework of the project, “Improving the provision of services and raising awareness to combat trafficking in human beings in the Balkans, Albania, Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo”, funded by the US State Department through the J-TiP program.
During the two-day training on the application of transnational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), criminal police officers, representatives from the social and child protection services, as well as representatives of non-governmental organisations in Montenegro, received training to ensure that they are aware of and have access to relevant procedures, resources and tools for protecting victims and potential victims of TiP in the region.
