SOS Hotline for Women and Children Victims of Violence Niksic organised the Second National Webinar under the J/TiP project "Improving provision of services and awareness to combat Trafficking in Persons in the Balkans, Albania, Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo" funded by the U.S. Department of State through the J-TiP program.

The Webinar is organised on June 17th 2020 on the topic "First psychological aid". The speaker of this webinar was Mrs Dorontinë Berishaj, psychologist.
The purpose of the webinar was to share positive practices and challenges in case management of P/VoT, adults and children, by service providers in Montenegro who are directly involved in working with victims.
Furthermore, the webinar was organised to share challenges of sustainable service delivery, the concepts of mentoring and training, as well as the topic of wellness strategies and psychological help. In this webinar,  participants had the opportunity to learn how to use psychological first aid techniques for victims.
