We are proud to have been able to provide our partners with the opportunity to learn the basic principles of child protection and development in emergencies. The participants of the training had the opportunity to practice the key skills necessary for effective communication with children of different ages and different stages of development.
The training covered topics such as the basics of child protection, the socio-ecological model, adapting communication to the needs of the child, children's rights, and much more. We discussed important aspects that affect the safety and well-being of children in crisis, as well as communication techniques that will help professionals effectively interact with children in difficult situations.
This training was a step towards improving the protection and support of children in emergencies. We are grateful to all participants for their active participation and interest in this important topic!
