PICUM’s report highlights granting access to health care for undocumented migrants as a way of preventing social exclusion. In the area of fair labour conditions, the comments elaborate on: employer sanctions and the role of labor inspection; undocumented workers protection in labor laws: theory versus practice; and collecting information from workers in cooperation with NGO’s.
