Play and creative techniques are becoming increasingly common in working with children in a variety of environments. More and more experts implement play in their approach to working with children. Experts can use play for observation and further gathering of information about a child, for prevention and for treatment.
Definition of play therapy (according to the American organization of Play therapy) says it is "systematic use of theoretical models to establish interpersonal process, where trained therapists use therapeutic play power games to help clients prevent or resolve psychosocial problems and to achieve optimal growth and development" .
This webinar will present the play therapy approach, explain for what issues it is appropriate to use it.
