As part of the Mental Health Program launched in 2015, Croatian NGO Igra has launched the Youtube Channel that talks about Mental Health. The purpose of this channel is to raise public awareness and talk about mental health issues.

This is the first video on the Channel called "Why is it important to understand how I became?". The next few videos will be released during next weeks, so with this NGO Igra will contribute to marking this year's Mental Health Day on October 10th.
