The National Network for Children Bulgaria (NNC) reported that the government has adopted Regulations for the Implementation of the Social Services Act (SSA). This will regulate the procedure for referral for the use of social services, as well as for the preparation and updating of the individual needs assessment and the individual support plan. It will define the minimum content of the contract for the use of social services, the conditions for its termination as well as continuation. It also will regulate the procedure for cooperation and coordination between social service providers when the person uses social services from different providers, as well as the coordination in cases of support from different systems. The conditions and the order for using substitute care will also be determined.
