The BBC Two documentary following children and families affected by domestic abuse aired on February 6th. In the documentary four children witnesses and victims of domestic abuse talk on camera about their experiences and the impact this has had on them. The film aims to raise the importance of listening to children and understanding the extent to which domestic abuse affects them. The latest research shows domestic violence affect children for life. Currently it is estimated one in five children in UK have lived with a domestic abuser. Click on the link below to watch the movie.
