Milo Djukanovic, President of Montenegro held a meeting with UNICEF Executive Director Henrietta Fore during his visit to New York at the 74th session of the UN General Assembly.

The purpose of the meeting was to exchange experiences, inform about the importance of UNICEF Montenegro's support in the implementation of various legal reform projects in the field of child protection, prevention of domestic violence, juvenile justice, education and inclusive education.

Such a quality partnership allows for constructive resolution of very sensitive issues and influences significant changes in society in the field of social policy and child protection, as well as promoting children's rights and raising awareness of the need to protect them. Changes are also evident in social behavior and the environment, especially in the areas of health, education and equal rights.

He expressed hope and confidence that successful cooperation would continue in the future.
