My Hero is You, Storybook for Children on COVID-19 is a storybook created by and for children with the aim to offer emotional support to families during the pandemic situation. It is not encouraged for children to read this book independently without the support of a parent, caregiver or teacher.
It was developed by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee Reference Group on Mental Health and Psychosocial Support in Emergency Settings.
It includes information on hygiene and safety routines, but also tips on how to deal with emotions that can arise from the current situation.
