As of July 1st 2018 a new Criminal Procedural Law came into effect in Hungary. Based on this law what can happen to a child perpetrator at the police station? What does it mean in practice that children's rights are included in the text of the law? Will the situation of child victims of sexual abuse be better during testimony and at the court?
