The Terre des hommes Foundation in Romania published for the first time in Romania a series of resources regarding the safety of children in the sports environment. These materials are addressed to employees of sports clubs and camps and aim to explain and promote safeguarding procedures (related to the safety and protection of children) in sports and recreational environments. They were published in 2021 as part of the European project "Keeping Children Safe in Sport", co-financed by the European Union's Rights, Equality and Citizenship Program (REC 2014-2020) and coordinated by the Terre des hommes Romania Foundation, in partnership with Terre des hommes Greece and Terre des hommes Hungary.
