Check out Brave Phone`s video about Internet safety for Children.

The main purpose of Brave Phone -partner in the Child Protection Hub initiative -  is to promote Internet safety for children and raise awareness about  violence children can experience on the Internet. Both children experiencing violence and their parents can use the Brave Phone to share their problems and get the necessary support and help.

The video tells the story of a boy called Marko. He has been bullied by his friends and peers, been called names on Facebook, things like 'he has huge ears like an elephant', that 'his clothes are old and torn' or that 'he plays football like a girl'. The story of Marko is followed by a link where you can learn more about the issue of online abuse.  At the end it is emphasized that “Like can also hurt” and sharing problems like the one Marko is facing with adults is important step toward finding a solution.
