Let's talk about sexual violence against children and its consequences. About children's right to participate.

This webinar is designed for specialists, students and professionals and aims to reach an agreement on the terms used for sexual abuse and exploitation of children, consequences and opportunities for support. It will also present the PULS Foundation's program on training youth facilitators and some success stories of working with young people.

The PULS Foundation has been providing direct support to victims of violence for more than 18 years. The organization implements prevention programs: education in kindergartens, schools, training of specialists, youth clubs and others. Teams of psychologists, social workers and lawyers at the Crisis Center provide 24-hour support to children and individuals, victims of various forms of violence. The PULS Foundation is one of the partners in the EU-funded LEAP project - Skills for Life, leadership, unlimited potential: Support for children and young people affected by sexual violence in Europe by strengthening and facilitating participation practice.

The presenters - Ekaterina Veleva and Dr. Yana Katsarova - have more than 15 years of experience of working directly with victims of violence. The webinar participants will have the opportunity to share issues from their practice as well.
